Further information regarding residency classification and exemptions from the requirement to pay non-resident fees may be obtained from the Registrar's Office. Individuals seeking a change in residency classification must obtain a residency questionnaire from the Registrar's Office, attach the required documentation, and submit it to the Registrar's Office before the beginning of the quarter for which a residency reclassification is requested. In the absence of a completed questionnaire and supporting documentation, an individual's residency classification will remain unchanged. Forms and additional information can be found on the WWU Registrar's website.
